Welcome to Your Journey Home, a program offered by Hello Heart Coaching LLC.
Please read this Agreement carefully. By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in Your Journey Home, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Your Journey Home is an educational coaching program designed to support greater self-awareness, personal growth, and emotional well-being through education, reflection, coaching, and practical tools.
The program is intended to help participants better understand themselves and cultivate healthier ways of living and relating.
Your Journey Home is an educational coaching program. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric care, medical treatment, or any other form of healthcare.
Nothing presented in this program should be interpreted as medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice.
Participation in this program does not establish a therapist-client, psychologist-client, or any other professional relationship between you and Betsy Burns, PhD, Saundra Jain, MA, PsyD, LPC, or Hello Heart Coaching LLC.
If you are experiencing significant emotional distress or believe you need mental health treatment, we encourage you to seek services from a qualified licensed mental health professional.
By participating in this program, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, interpretations, well-being, and results.
You understand that the choices you make before, during, and after participation are entirely your own.
Every participant’s experience is unique.
Although this program provides carefully developed concepts, practices, exercises, and coaching designed to support personal growth, Hello Heart Coaching LLC cannot guarantee any particular outcome or result.
Your progress will depend upon many factors, including your personal circumstances, your willingness to engage in the work, your consistency, and your readiness for change.
We want you to feel confident in your decision to join Your Journey Home.
If you decide the program is not the right fit for you, simply email hello@helloheartcoaching.com within seven (7) calendar days of your purchase, and we will gladly provide a full refund.
Refund requests received after seven (7) calendar days are not eligible for a refund.
If you purchase the program using the payment plan and do not request a refund during the seven-day refund period, you are responsible for all remaining scheduled payments.
If you enroll using a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments unless you request a refund within the seven-day refund period.
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access to program materials and live sessions until your account is brought current.
Every participant involved in the live, quarterly group coaching calls is expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others.
Please do not repeat, record, photograph, screenshot, or share another participant’s personal story or identifying information without their explicit written permission.
Although Hello Heart Coaching LLC asks every participant to honor confidentiality, we cannot guarantee that every participant will do so.
By participating in group sessions, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.
We are committed to creating a respectful, supportive learning environment.
Participants agree to treat coaches and fellow participants with kindness, respect, and professionalism.
All videos, recordings, worksheets, assessments, handouts, graphics, exercises, coaching processes, frameworks, presentations, written materials, and all other program content are the exclusive intellectual property of Hello Heart Coaching LLC.
These materials are provided solely for your personal use.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded, uploaded, shared, taught, sold, licensed, modified, translated, published, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission from Hello Heart Coaching LLC.
Enrollment grants access only to the individual who purchased the program.
Your account, password, videos, recordings, worksheets, and other program materials may not be shared with another person.
Unauthorized sharing may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Recordings of live sessions are stored securely and made available only to enrolled participants of the program in which the session occurred. Recordings will not be shared publicly or with individuals outside the program without the express consent of those recorded.
By participating in live sessions, you consent to being included in those recordings.
If you choose to share personal information during a recorded session, you do so voluntarily.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hello Heart Coaching LLC, Betsy Burns, PhD, and Saundra Jain, MA, PsyD, LPC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from participation in Your Journey Home or the use of any program materials.
Participation in this program is voluntary and undertaken entirely at your own discretion.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hello Heart Coaching LLC, Betsy Burns, PhD, Saundra Jain, MA, PsyD, LPC, and their affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or legal fees arising from your participation in the program or your violation of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas.
Hello Heart Coaching LLC reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.
Changes become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.
Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
This Agreement represents the complete understanding between Hello Heart Coaching LLC and the participant regarding Your Journey Home and supersedes any prior discussions or representations relating to the program.

I understand that my participation does not establish a therapist-client, psychologist-client or any other professional relationship with Betsy Burns, PhD, Saundra Jain, MA, PsyD, LPC, or Hello Heart Coaching LLC.
I understand that Hello Heart Coaching LLC cannot guarantee any specific results or outcomes from my participation and that my experience will depend upon many factors, including my own engagement, commitment, consistency, and personal circumstances.
I accept full responsibility for my own decisions, actions, well-being, and results throughout and following my participation in the program.
I have read and understand the Refund Policy, including the seven-day money-back guarantee and the payment plan terms.
I understand that all program materials, including videos, recordings, worksheets, assessments, handouts, graphics, frameworks, processes, and written content, are the exclusive intellectual property of Hello Heart Coaching LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, recorded, taught, or otherwise used without prior written permission.
I understand that my enrollment is for my individual use only and that I may not share my login credentials or provide others with access to the program or its materials.
If I participate in live group sessions, I agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants and understand that Hello Heart Coaching LLC cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality.
I understand that live sessions may be recorded and made available to enrolled participants and that my voluntary participation may be included in those recordings.
I voluntarily choose to participate in Your Journey Home and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
